Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ResumePro ("we," "our," "us"), an AI-powered resume customization platform operated by Spirit Arabia Ventures F.Z.E.
1. Subscription Plans
ResumePro offers monthly subscription plans (Pro and PowerPlus) for AI resume customization.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No questions asked.
- Access after cancellation: Upon cancellation, you retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds: We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Your subscription remains active until the period ends.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. One-Time Products
ResumePro offers several one-time purchase products:
- AI Resume Builder ($4.99)
- AI Cover Letter ($2.99 per letter)
- AI Interview Prep ($4.99 per session)
- AI Candidate Comparison ($9.99 per session)
No refunds once content is generated. Because AI-generated content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the generation process has started. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately.
3. Failed or Incomplete Deliveries
If a product fails to generate due to a technical error on our end:
- Full refund: You are entitled to a full refund if the AI generation fails and no content is delivered.
- Re-generation: In most cases, we will attempt to re-generate the content at no additional charge before issuing a refund.
- Partial failures: If only part of the content was generated (e.g., incomplete resume or cover letter), we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you are charged twice for the same product or subscription due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your email address (the one associated with your ResumePro account)
- Date of purchase
- Product or plan purchased
- Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe for USD payments, Razorpay for INR payments).
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase-and-refund patterns)
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
